breakfast variety attentive staff
the location provided easy access to shops. the staff was attentive to requests for extra amenities. i found the breakfast variety amazing!!! there were many options.
the gym felt quite small with limited equipment.

professional staff bountiful breakfast loud ac uncomfortable room
The staff at the front desk were professional and kind. I booked a bed and breakfast rate and the breakfast was bountiful. Rui and Paula at the rooftop bar restaurant were also very kind. The rooms included scenic balconies and these were nice and spacious.
The room AC and some other ventilation beside the room was VERY loud for a suite. It was uncomfortable for the price paid for this type of room. The loud noise impacted my ability to relax fully. Because of this I would not stay in the suite again.

my room overlooked a concrete wall the rooftop pool was closed i thought that was disappointing the gym was also small with no windows

birthday surprise rooftop bar
The location is great, I found an Aldi downstairs, I got extra water. All the staff were lovely, the hotel gave me a birthday surprise, it really surprised me. The rooftop bar is fantastic, very reasonable prices. Breakfast had good options. the metro is close.
The closets had dust, I saw the toilet seat was old.
